Cancellation
All services must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the project starts. Cancellations can be requested via phone at 507-200-8393 or via email at info@mirandatechsolutions.com.
Refunds
We offer partial refunds for cancelled services. The refund amount will be the original payment minus a 30% cancellation fee, the cost of parts, software or services required to complete the project or repair, and shipping costs. Deposits will not be returned. If parts are ordered specifically for a device repair, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the parts and shipping costs.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 14 business days unless the process is limited by events or situations outside of our control.
Exceptions
All services are refundable as long as they meet the criteria mentioned above.
